Order Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process.

Shipping Times:

  • Within Continental United States: Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Outside Continental United States (US Territories): Estimated delivery time is approximately 10-20 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Other Countries: Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-15 business days from the date of shipment. European countries may be faster.

Return and Refund Policy:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs if they wish to return a product for a refund.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover return shipping and order processing fees. This fee includes a 15% deduction for outbound shipping costs and a 5% deduction for order processing fees.

Important Note:

  • Refunds will be processed only after ensuring that the returned items are undamaged and all parts are intact. Damaged or missing parts may incur additional fees deducted from the refund amount to cover depreciation costs.
